SERVICE IS AMAZING. First let's start with I live on the 4th floor. It's a walk up. When other companies told me they couldn't bring up a heavy sander. PRECISION FLOORING was like "yes we can". And that's what I like to hear. They went straight to work. Delivering my new floors in just 2 days! I'm just absolutely in love with color and finish. I went with weathered oak and a satin finish. The work was meticulous. Very much paying attention to detail. Communication through email was very helpful. All my questions answered and the price was good for the amount of work it takes to get this job done. They also accepted Amex.

Not only did they do an incredible job (we truly can’t stop staring at our floors) but Moe and his team were so proactive responsive and communicative and when issues arouse, they worked with us to come up with solutions and worked incredibly efficiently. I can’t say enough great things about Precision Flooring and specially about Moe (the owner of the company). We live in California and needed to have our floors refinished in our Manhattan Loft in NYC. Moe’s company came to me through Angi’s list. From the very beginning, the moment I received Moe’s call, all the way to the end all was great (communication, pricing, scheduling …). Needless to say we were a bit apprehensive about everything due to the distance and not being able to see the job being done. Rest assured that you will be in good hands! Moe contacted our condo, got all the insurance paperwork completed with the them, managed to schedule the work fairly quickly and although his company does not accept credit cards, Moe was able to figure that out for us as well! 😁 The company is thorough, honest, resourceful! They sent us pictures throughout the job to make sure we like and approve everything, communicate and resolve problems that were discovered during the job and provided feasible solutions. Our floors look BEAUTIFUL and we are very, very happy with the work that was done! Don’t look anywhere else, just hire Precision Flooring for your project; you won’t regret it!!!

I went into this project feeling pretty apprehensive. As a woman, I’ve learned to be cautious when hiring contractors, and I wasn’t sure what to expect. However, this flooring company completely exceeded my expectations. From the very beginning, I felt the communication was prompt, transparent, honest, and professional. I was walked through every step of the process, answered all my questions without talking down to me, and made sure I understood exactly what they would be doing. We landed on LVP white oak flooring. The crew showed up on time, treated my home with respect, and communicated clearly throughout the entire job. And the results? Absolutely amazing. The Precision Flooring team did a great job replacing a damaged section of hardwood floor near my laundry area with beautiful new tile. Very quick and responsive, and the job was done in a day. The workers did not isolate the area they were working in, so unfortunately, there was a lot of dust which traveled all over my apartment. They did give me a small discount for that, though. Will definitely work with them again for flooring needs.

I had small leaks coming through the exterior joints in the condo that caused moisture getting through the hardwood floor. The floors were all buckling pretty bad all the way to the middle of the bedroom and living room floor. Moe went above and beyond and walked me through the process. He sent his best flooring crews to get it fixed from removing the bad hardwood floor, waterproofing the concrete floor, replacing the subfloor, putting waterproof underlayment, installing new hardwood floor, sanding it, and trying to match the floor with the old finished floor. What’s amazing is the entire project was done in less than a week, 6 days to be exact and his guys did all the cleanup. See the before and after pictures. It’s such a relief for me to have my place back so quickly. I highly recommend Moe and his company!

Precision flooring's services were great! Moe was incredibly responsive when we were working through the quotes and was able to get a rush job done looking absolutely fantastic. I am so excited about the results and have been sending everyone pictures of my floor transformation. They even managed to get the whole project done in one day!

Had them come out to install hardwood flooring in the living and dining room, refinish two bedroom floors, and repaint each room for a refresh and received nothing but professionalism. Precision flooring was very professional in the way they handeled themselves. James and Moe communicated with us through the job. they refinished our 3,000 sqft including steps and rails. They also painted our entire home and i must say they pay very close attention to detail. They protected the entire space to make sure no furniture or applicances were damaged during construction. I was quite pleased with these guys. The planning was handled professionally and they were very communicative in developing a schedule and scope of work via email and text. The folks performing the demo, prep and floor install did a thorough job and ensured the work area was contained with minimal disturbances to the rest of home. They made on-spot recommendations and communicated the intent and reasoning, demonstrating their seasoned experience. They worked expeditiously to get the job done in a limited amount of time. The costs may seem high at first, but you are getting quality work and peace of mind. Sometimes the intangibles are often overlooked, but they can go a long way in avoiding headaches and other inconveniences. I highly recommend these guys.
